Which email should I use to sign in?
Use the email you entered when you joined rewards. Use that same email and phone number when our team looks up your customer account in store.
How does it work at the register?
Give the cashier your signup email or phone number and ask them to attach your customer account before completing the sale. Eligible purchases and points follow the current program rules.
Which rewards can I redeem?
Your signed-in rewards dashboard shows the rewards available to your account, along with their requirements and expiration details. Follow the instructions shown there or ask our team for help.
How do I add a wallet pass?
Sign in and use the wallet options in the Wallet pass section. Open this page on your phone, or follow the QR instructions when they are shown.
What if my points or account look wrong?
Ask our team to check that your purchase is attached to the same email and phone number you used to join. Keep your receipt handy so we can help.
